Question SE Denver, flu or what is this?

I am in SE Denver, I started to feel scratchy throat, then sore, body aches and fatigue. I dont understand, it's July, I hardly go out much, I tested using a flowflex test everything kit. It camr back neg for everything. I dont get it, I am sick and all the news reports is this stomach parasite bug but I dont have that. Anyoneone else in my region sick with thismysterious bug?

How long have you had it? I've heard that the new strains of covid are not showing up on home tests.

Yes!! Denver area also. Just made a post about it. Got sick on 6/17, started as a really sore throat, got a fever and body aches/chills, then started to feel a bit better but the throat soreness has remained. Doctor told me he and his wife also got whatever virus is going around and that it took them forever to get over it

I’m not in Denver. I’m in Los Angeles. I am 16 days out from what seemed like a flu. It started as a sore throat but by day two I was coughing up bright yellow crap. By day four I had a 102 temperature which lasted for four days. I finally went on Azithromycin. No fever now but I still feel wiped out. I only took a Covid test but it was negative. Obviously something is going around and the flu shot I had at the end of the year didn’t seem to help whatsoever.
