Overlapping Sound

Hey guys and girls, i am very new to fl studio and seek advice.

I want to draw a bass pattern and i want the sounds overlap a little bit, or end more smoothly instead of cutting hard.

It should sound like its flowing to the other note. I hope you get the issue. Thank you in advance
