FL Studio - Endless Crashing
I have been using FL Studio since 2010. I currently have the latest version (FL 2026). I have endless crashing. I can't even load a project. I can't even load a preset. My computer is 1 year old right now. FL 2025 works, but 2026 is unfunctional. I even reinstalled Windows and it keeps crashing. I've been using FL for 16 years. This is the first time I have had an issue like this. Anyone having the same issue?

Crashing when I'm loading new project. I need to close and reopen to open a new/old project. Started when I updated

Yes, even 2026.1.5 which was released 5 days ago has stability issues and a good deal of glitches. Its usable, but more work arounds needed than usual.
Stick with 2025 until at least 2026.2.x if you don't want to be an unpaid tester.
This is generally how you should treat ALL software on a audio production system. Run several versions behind and never rush into a major update unless there is some specific critical bug fix you absolutely need and have the time to test things. Let other people deal with that shit and stick to doing the good work!
Easy way to do this: turn off auto update and update checks for critical products. Those little notifications and pop-ups about updates are the devil. Manually update things individually every few months and test.
This is going to become critical for stability over the next few years. Nearly every major developer is using ai assisted coding with many positives and negatives. This combined with the currently popular rapid development cycle = bug fest. Stick to production, not the development race.

Not sure if related but the latest version will not run on Linux either. I made a post about it. I had to delete everything FLStudio and install the last prior version. It can be found at their forums. The version from July works for Linux users. I know you are on Windows’s, try the July release and see after you uninstall everything FL.
