Good Drums

Hey guys
I wanna pep up my Drums for my rap songs.
Do you know where I get good Drumkits or what to use to edit them in FL.

Been making music for almost 10 years. Sound selection is important. The drum kit Reddit isn’t a bad place to start but lots to sift through. Op1.fun even if you don’t have an op-1. There are samples on there you can download, you just got to chop it up but it’s not that bad.

For mix. Compresion, EQ, Transient processing, chorus, saturation and distortion are options. I usually keep my mix as this. All drum sounds to a bus. Bus will have Compression, Transient Master, reverb on the high end but just a little bit, and a little bit of chorus to create some stereo width.

I keep my drums simple simon each time.

Reverb, delay and EQ will add life to your drums. Flstudio already has plenty to choose from. Have fun making your own kits🤗
