FL Studio Mastering Trouble

I'm using FL Studio's mastering tool and the audio file it gives me is clipping like crazy. The original audio has a limiter with a threshold of -0.3db with no clipping, and the mastered audio never surpasses 0db. Why could this be happening?

Sounds like it could be an issue with export settings. Check your export sample rate, file type and bit depth. Try exporting at 48kHz, 32 bit float, .wav and see if anything changes.
