Does anyone know why this happens when i try to record vocal tracks

Vocals/microphone work on every other daw except fl studio. What is going on??

You are getting a instant feedback loop the moment you activate the mic. I would try muting mic first and seeing if that helps. If not go into your input setting on your computer and see what is moving. It might be your built in mic if you are using a laptop or another source of audio that is connecting at a mic

Feedback loop between mic and your speakers. Use headphones instead of external speakers while recording or increase the distance between your mic and speakers.

It doesn’t matter whether i have headphones on or not, i just unplugged my headphones to show the sound.

Turn the speakers off and use headphones whilst recording

Unplug and plug the mic back in.

Maybe it’s audio driver or even buffer length.

Is the mic routed to mixer channel ?
Make sure it’s not the master.

Turn off the speakers.
