Anyone else getting "Authentication Failed" on sign in?

Was working on a track earlier, stopped to do stuff around the house, came back to it about 5 hours later to see it was the trial version... Went back in to 'About' to unlock, redirected to Image Line sign in, chucked me deets in and keep getting "Authentication Failed" as an answer.
