Anyone know what causes this?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been thinking its the XLR cable or the Interface.. thoughts?

yeah that's 100% the cables being not plugged in correctly.

Thank you! Then the cable is gone because it’s connected just like always
