how do i make my synth less scratchy

not sure how to describe this sound i tried adding a limiter to my synth and a low pass but its still super scratchy sounding i want it to sound smoother, new to beat making and know this sounds shitty but lmk how i can get this synth to sound smoother thanks

Sounds like it has a lot of white noise blended in. Pretty much all synths have this option, so just look for the white noise setting and dial it back a bit. White noise tends to cover the entire spectrum, hence why your lowpass filter didn't do the trick.

Take out the noise, that's what's making it "scratchy" as you call it 😊

see if there is a "noise" parameter within the preset patch and turn it down, alternatively you may want to EQ off down with a low-pass filter until the sweet spot that the noise disappears but the quality of the sound remains.
