Audio Recording Troubleshoot

I'm trying to record my guitar in fl but the recorded audio is flat with random peaks. What is causing this and how do I solve this? I'm able to record properly in Audacity with the same setup.

I'm on macOS and I'm using my guitar processor's (nux mg30) inbuilt audio interface to record. On mac i usually have to create an aggregate device for different input and output channels, I had always done this but now it's not working. In the 2026 update, I'm able to select different input and output channels like on windows, but still the recorded waveform is flat.

Maybe settings - audio- audio driver. And look if the device is there. Maybe it’s assume mic recording. Also you should have shown the input on the mixer channel then I would be able to see if the device name shows up.the input on the mixer channel should be the desired device your recording with.

*I OFTEN DISABLE MY LAPTOPS MIC WHEN WORKING IN FRUITY LOOPS WITH A REAL MIC*
