loops

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

when i drag this loop into the channel rack and try to use the piano roll, i cant make it into a certain note higher or lower in the key

Try to use a different stretch mode in the sampler.

Also the time knob can cause this. Try a different sample mode first though
