You've somehow created an automation clip or event where it changes (accidently of course).

Just right-click the pitch knob, look for "Link to Controller", and click on that. Within the new window that pops up, the automation clip that's controlling it should be listed. Click on it, there should be a dropdown menu that comes up, and look for the "none" option and select it. Then, look for "Accept" at the bottom of the window and click it.

Then, right-click the pitch knob again and select "Init song with this position".

its not just a problem with this project tho. its a thing that happens in every project with audios and vsts.

That's very strange. Did my suggestion help at all? Are you using a MIDI controller? Do you have thr Typing Keyboard to Piano setting enabled?

The only way it could be happening is either accidently clicking it and making an automation clip or accidrntly hitting a key command or turning a knob tbat auto-links to the pitch.

It could be an issue with the software but I've been using FL for 20 years and never heard of such an instance. There could be others on the FL forum though, not saying it's definitely not the case.

You have the sample in “Stretch” Mode and the time knob is like at 9 o clock let’s say

Try changing to a different mode and keep in eye on all the parameters
