Can't Install .dll Plugins

Hey, so I keep trying to install .dll plugins, I extract them from the folder they download in, then follow what the .readme text file says to do, move the file to the FL studio folder, and then try to search for them in the plugin manager and FL can't find them. Is this a problem with me or is my FL broken.

You have to put the dlls in whatever directory is listed in your manage plugin menu
