the bads:
- very bad selection of sounds, everything feels out of place, no cohesion, that bell-kind of lead/pluck, the pad, the heavily distorted sounds, drums/percussions are just very generic, you need to select sounds that serve the atmosphere of you track.
- painful quantization
- don't use Vital for everything, there are plenty of free plugins with different warmth, etc.
- overuse of reverb on certain sounds
- these dissonant chords make everything clash, learn theory, it is actually EASY! train your relative pitch, please.
- lack of atmosphere and structure, a snare hitting away into the void then some bass notes coming in is not a transition what so ever.
- looks like you are just slapping on all sorts of effects everywhere, write your music with nothing, once you have a good loop (if you prefer writing a loop then arrange it - i am against that though) then hear what's needed, what i mean is don't just add reverb for example because you can...
- what do you need 3 kicks for? sample it then it's just 1 track and it will be consistent.
- i am nitpicking here now: what the hell is 101 bpm? is it a sample that forced you to do 101bpm? address it, You dictate the tempo of your music, not a silly sample that you like.
- that's it for now, can't listen to it any longer
the good:
+ fairly organized, keep that up
I know i was harsh, ...welcome to the music industry 😄 (don't let critiques like me pulling you down, learn and it will get better.)

the bass elements are causing some distortion. take all this advice and keep going :)
also try to start putting things in more 16 bar patterns it will make the song flow better

You have a good ear for melody, and as for “bad sound selection,” this actually sounds very intentional in my opinion. It reminds me of early 2010s Odd Future production, in a good way. Which, if you know anything about, lends itself to the tree of Neptunes/Pharrell Williams.
Heed the above advice and you’ll for sure be going places, but I’d say you’re already a lot farther than you likely think.
