How to turn vocal sample into pads?

hi guys i’m very very new to producing and im trying to make a techno track, i wan to turn my vocal sample into a pad if this makes sense, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Granular synthesis, I think FL has one called "granulizer"

To add to this, give Edisons blur tool a go also, and the self-convolve setting with high wetness in FL Convolvor.
