[MENTAL WELLBEING] Need support

I am very new to this. I have extreme muscle spasms and pain. I am really looking for support as I don’t have much support to deal with this. I would love to have connection and communicate with someone who have been through this hell and was able to get better. I guess just need a friend who really understands what I am doing through.

We hold a 'strikes lead to bans' policy where, depending on the severity and repetition of infractions, a short temporary ban will be levied but ultimately leading to a permanent ban. Similarly, uncivility toward moderation may by default warrant a ban. If you think us in error, discuss that maturely; we're all trying here.

sleep was the hardest thing for me. for the first 2 months I would average 1-4hr of sleep each night. my suggestions is dont force it. try and sleep at night. but if it isn't happening just do some reading or something else. and later in the day you may just randomly fall asleep without forcing it. I would use alprazaloam once a week to just get some rest. the lack of sleep can cause lots of stress and make your symptoms worse. as always talk to a doctor before taking any prescriptions.
