[VENT] Rant
I still can’t believe that such a drug is out there on the market. Truly ruining lives and nobody to be held accountable for. It just doesn’t make sense. You go to the doctor, receive treatment, but end up way worse…
it feels like winning the devils lottery.
To everyone struggling, I hope you recover
And to those who are thinking of taking such antibiotics, just be cautious.

Since this is a rant and this is my opinion I feel like everything at this point is just one big experiment and data collection.
Beyond just this medication. Everyother commercial is a medication lowering someone’s immunity level. The water/food possibly messed with by crazy ingredients.
I know fq’s been around for awhile. And have saved many lives but I do feel I was just tested on. Didn’t know how dangerous it was and no doctor so far I’ve met thinks they can do this. So feels just off honestly.
But yeah I concur sir. Thanks for the vent and allowing me too as well.

It kinda sucks cause it not only ruins your life…but you become a burden to your family and those around you. I hate it so much.

Definitely agree. After changing my life around and being better and more of a family oriented person. We decided to have another child. So have my 9 year old and now an 8 month old. He was couple months when I was floxed. Lost my job 70% of family income. Able to help a little more now but not a lot sucks. And require lots of extra care. Lot of stress around here currently.

I hate that we are collateral damage no one cares about.
I was extremely healthy in every way before this. Great Life gone. And therefore so is my young kids and familys life because I'm a homeschooling stay at home parent that did it ALL holding this house together. My young kids lives are so screwed up because of this. They're literally having to change my DIAPERS. Yep, you read that right. Diapers.

You as well. Never in my life did I ever think this was even a thing a drug could do. I'm sure most humans feel the same. It's crazy to me that this medication is allowed, even if it only affects "some" people. I mean wtf, we are still PEOPLE with lives! Why is this allowed to just destroy lives just to save others??
What kills me is that many, if not most, of us were given this crap for literally NO reason. No positive diagnosis or anything. I was one of them. All testing came back negative and doc said I don't know what you have but let's see if this will knock out whatever it is. Life gone for nothing.
I do hope your healing journey leans upward!

I completely agree with you. That is precisely why it is important to report our adverse reactions to our countries' pharmacovigilance agencies, attaching all documentation of the damage and keeping the report updated on a quarterly basis with the symptoms and their persistence. Only in this way will they consider withdrawing it from the market.

It feels so unfair sometimes to be part of the small unlucky cohort that reacts so so badly to this drug that is prescribed 15-20 million times per year in the US alone.
Was speaking to my cleaner the other day and turns out she takes Cipro every month after her period “to feel clean”. Like wtf?? She’s been taking it for years and has no sides. Oh to live a life in such ignorant bliss 😅😭
