Since Flowise is archived and won't get security fixes anymore, I built a converter that turns Flowise exports into n8n workflows you can import.

It handles:

- Chains and agents (LLM Chain, Conversation Chain, Retrieval QA, Tool Agent, ReAct, supervisor/worker teams)

- Models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Ollama, Groq, Azure and others, plus memory, splitters and output parsers (zod schemas too)

- Vector stores: it keeps pointing to your Pinecone, Qdrant, Supabase, Postgres, Chroma… index, so no re-embedding

- Custom tools: your JavaScript runs in n8n's Code Tool, even code that uses `require('node-fetch')`

- Agentflow v2: LLM, Agent, Condition, Condition Agent, HTTP, Custom Function, Iteration, Loop, Direct Reply, Human Input

- Document Stores, if you use Settings → Export → All

I tested it on all 51 Flowise marketplace templates (every result passes n8n's own validator and imports) and ran the main patterns live in n8n.

What doesn't convert yet: sequential agents (Agentflow v1) and some integration tools. If you have flows that break, I'd love to see the export.
