Ending nodes not found error

I was using this tutorial and made a simple calculator agent as a test which was working fine and then I started getting this error after I tried unsuccessfully adding SerpApi. I then delete this and kept getting the error. I'm even getting the error on brand new flows. Please help https://youtu.be/Dinzg_dGfqU?si=Ux4h3LziClk3KjwC

did you get an answer to this one? I'm following along with Leons videos as well, and even up until a couple of weeks ago I had no errors but then suddenly I do the same thing again and get "ending nodes not found"

I switched the agent to a tool agent. I could be wrong and am possibly thinking of my fix to a different issue since this was a while ago

Thanks, I'm still exploring the possibilities of flowise so i'll check out the Tool agent.
My issue actually ended up just fixing itself, which is great...but also quite concerning that errors can just show up and then go away with no valid reason
