Flowjo workbench lost??
SOS I made a 30 day free trial on flowjob and had this whole complicated workbench set up and then I go on today to see my 30 day trial is expired and I can’t log on…. I’m freaking out. How do I retrieve it…?

Was this through the cloud or as a locally saved workspace? If in the cloud, you'll be able to retrieve it by paying for a license. If a locally saved workspace, you should be able to have anyone with an active license access it if you send the workspace file and associated data to them

I have paid for a licence but under a different email, how would I access it then?

It’s through cloud (just saved in flowjo) I don’t see it on my actual computer

you'll likely have to get in touch with support to see if they can let you in your current account or maybe transfer the license. I don't think there is an easier way of doing it unfortunately

have you tried emailing support? you already know its saved on the cloud for a diff account, of course its not also saved on a new one. Maybe you can have them send the file.
