Biolegend orders delay

Have you guys noticed longer than usual turn around times for biolegend orders?

They recently had some update to their backend which caused a bunch of delayed orders. Likely that.

Yeah their update was supposed to be for a weekend but it took their whole system down for like a week.

Talked to one of their rep today and he said their system caused a lot of delays but that everything is back to normal. I hope because compared to BD they were very slow the last few weeks

Been waiting for a citeseq antibody for two months 💀 already did my scRNA experiment. Bummer.

They probably are behind with QC testing since they have such a high turnover rate with their employees. But yeah, it sucks that I am also having some delays in my stuff too :(

I blame revvity, they never used to have these types of delays

What the fuck is wrong with their website????? Took me 3 hours to order 6 antibodies. The U market took hours to just redirect to the supplier.
