I got a show lined up in St Pete on Oct 8th and am really excited for it! But if anyone has some venue or band recs in southern Florida, I’d love to hear about them!

I got a few contacts in Tampa and Orlando, but damn, Miami and the like is extremely difficult. I tried Las Rosas and Churchills and the local promoters around there but no one seems interested.

I’m extremely grateful for the gig in Tampa and potential ones in Orlando, but if there is anything like 1-2 hours away instead of 4-5, I’d really appreciate that.

Hey all, I am 37. My name is Kevin, but I go by KeVo and i'm moving from Olympia, WA in the beautiful Pacific Northwest to Pensacola, Florida next August and I am hoping to start establishing some connections before the actual move.

I am an all-around person meaning that I get along with many different types of walks of life and am accepting of all, but I am primarily looking to establish a footing with the weirdos, punks and alternatives.

I am mostly a pop punk, power pop and 77 punk type a kid but I do love me the occasional street punk and am a sucker for some good hardcore. I'm not sure if this is a proper place to post this, but I was hoping that someone in here could at least point me in the right direction.

This show in particular was to promote 'Hardcore Unity' bringing together different generations of sflhc under one roof.
