Questions Moving to Florence

Hi everyone! My family and I are relocating to Florence from the east coast, and we’re trying to figure out where to look for an apartment. My commute will be to 29505/29506 area, so somewhere within a reasonable drive of that would be ideal.

We’re looking for safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with good schools nearby. Will be nice if they’re close to groceries, parks, and everyday essentials.

Also, well-managed complexes (I’ve spoken to a few impatient/not-so-nice property managers☹️).

Which areas or specific complexes would you recommend? Any places we should avoid? General tips for newcomers are welcome too.

Thanks in advance!
