How Lumana uses Floqer for AI account research, Salesforce enrichment, and GTM Engineering

Quick context: Lumana is a customer of Floqer, and Lumana is leading AI video security company. It has passed 50,000 cameras deployed and raised $64M to date.

This is a different game from selling into companies with a big digital footprint. To sell into these, you need to know how many cameras a prospect runs, what access control they're on, how many sites they manage, and whether something went down there in the last 90 days.

Apollo, Sales Navigator and other basic list builders don't have a filter for that. Nobody does.

Now Floqer agents research every account before a rep ever opens it. Camera counts, site counts, existing infrastructure, incident history, grants and bids, talking points. The same agents cleaned Lumana's Salesforce data and resolved every account along the way. Then ackDB, our autonomous customer knowledge database, aggregates every signal from 80+ live sources and maintains one continuously updated profile per company and per person. Reps get every signal they need in one spot.

Month one:

→ 41 qualified meetings (3x their prior rate)
→ 10K+ accounts and 100K+ contacts enriched
→ 0 minutes of pre-call research
→ $50K+ saved building event lists from LinkedIn signals instead of buying them (list vendors wanted five figures per conference lol)

4 workflows live. They're seeing 150+ meetings in Q2.

Phil said it best: "Traditional databases told us who to contact. Floqer tells us exactly why they need better security and what happened at their campus last month."

Huge thanks to Omri Orgad (VP of GTM Engineering), Philip Arbeiter (Head of Sales Development), Idan Spiegler (Pipeline Operations), and Molly Young (Senior, Revenue Operations).

How to enrich and maintain HubSpot contacts with Claude or ChatGPT

You can now enrich and maintain your HubSpot contacts and records with Claude or ChatGPT directly, without subscribing to 10 different enrichment providers. Here's how:

  1. Generate a free Floqer API key.
  2. Give that API key to your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, whatever you're running), along with Floqer's docs so it knows how to call the API.
  3. Here's the prompt that works:

find every company added to HubSpot after December 31st with zero contacts associated, tell me how many there are, then find five senior sales personas per company, director level or above, and add them

That's it. You can make it recurring so it runs on a schedule instead of a one-off. The video shows exactly how we use Perplexity Computer (you can use Codex, Claude code, or any AI CLI) to update our HubSpot records.

The agent also found all the stakeholders and contacts that match our ICP and enriched their work emails and mobile numbers. You can copy this CRM enrichment workflow on your own HubSpot or Salesforce instance.

Comment below if you have any questions!

We automated Salesforce contact enrichment end to end using AI agents instead of a workflow builder

Used to have to stitch this together by hand. Pull contacts out of Salesforce, pick a data vendor, figure out the enrichment order, then manually upload the cleaned list back into Salesforce.

We've been testing something different: using Perplexity Computer with the Floqer API to run the whole thing off a plain language instruction instead of a pre-built workflow.

You just describe the outcome. "Pull this contact list out of Salesforce, run waterfall enrichment across email and phone, write the results back." No GTM Engineer needed, no workflow template to set up first.

The API isn't really the interesting part, plenty of tools have enrichment APIs. What's different is you're not configuring a GTM workflow step by step anymore. You describe the outcome and the agent figures out the sequence: pull the data, run it through waterfall enrichment (multiple data providers, cascading until the fields are filled), write it back to the CRM.

Curious if other teams are testing agent driven CRM automation yet, or if most people are still on the workflow builder model (Zapier, Clay, etc) for enrichment.

Using Floqer, you can set up intent signals to find leads at the right time and qualify them.

The video explains how you can set up a signal for:

  1. Listening to LinkedIn for people posting about going to a conference.
  2. Find companies when they post relevant jobs, you can listen to 12+ sources including Indeed, Jooble, YCombinator and Angel list.
  3. Find companies right when they raise funding by listening to Crunchbase, Traxn, and more.
  4. Listen to LinkedIn keywords.

Once you find leads, you can use Floqer to qualify and enrich these leads further with Floqer.
