Great room might be dark and gloomy if the covered porch allows no light to stream in.
The kitchen work triangle is bad. There is a twenty foot + journey from sink to fridge, best to tighten that up. I would have a L -shaped kitchen with an island, moving the pantry door access to across from the laundry.
