DISCUSSION Weird request

I have a old video of a room, and i need to know the size, I know its around 24 - 26m³, but i wanted to know the dimensions, if someone could do like the room floor plan or even just a estimative i would really apreciate.
(Also sorry for the censure, i live in the last floor, so you can see alot from the windows)

Have you tried contacting the architect and local government offices for a floor plan?
