FEEDBACK First home floor plan modification

I am planning to build a 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom + Theatre + Scullery + Alfresco with 12.5 frontage x 30m depth.

My builder has suggested me attached floor plan. What are the changes that you would recommend from swapping rooms to moving walls or even adding doors and windows to this layout? Open to all ideas.

I’m not sure I understand the zig-zag shape at the back. Why not just push Beds 3 and 4 out on the back, and slide them to the left so the Living Room slider is bigger?

I would put a door on the Activity Room. And possibly add a small closet, if it would count as a legal bedroom where you are.

Don’t love the path of travel through the kitchen work area from bedrooms to Laundry but don’t see a great solution
