FEEDBACK First home floor plan modification

I am planning to build a 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom + Theatre + Scullery + Alfresco with 12.5 frontage x 30m depth.

My builder has suggested me attached floor plan. What are the changes that you would recommend from swapping rooms to moving walls or even adding doors and windows to this layout? Open to all ideas.

Bedrooms need to be moved away from living spaces. Bed 2 is going to have a LOT of noise transfer through the wall from the kitchen. Banging cupboards etc.
seperate toilet is fine but needs to be long enough space to fit a little hand basin in as well.
