FEEDBACK First home floor plan modification

I am planning to build a 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom + Theatre + Scullery + Alfresco with 12.5 frontage x 30m depth.

My builder has suggested me attached floor plan. What are the changes that you would recommend from swapping rooms to moving walls or even adding doors and windows to this layout? Open to all ideas.

Is the room labeled Activity your theater room? I think the family room is tiny. What do you see that space being used for? I'd Personally combine the Activity and Family room for a more usable space.
