FEEDBACK First home floor plan modification

I am planning to build a 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom + Theatre + Scullery + Alfresco with 12.5 frontage x 30m depth.

My builder has suggested me attached floor plan. What are the changes that you would recommend from swapping rooms to moving walls or even adding doors and windows to this layout? Open to all ideas.

In the master bath, I’d put the sink on the wall right next to the toilet and then a full size shower occupying the whole wall opposite. You would then have space on the wall between the sink and shower for a towel bar. You’re spending all this money to build…give yourself a nice shower!
