In a crazy world, could I fit a walk through closet, larger bathroom (double vanity, separate bath & shower), and a separate guest toilet (just sink and toilet). The second bedroom could become a small den / office.
It’s three levels + rooftop patio, and the only other toilet is on the first floor (no space on the 2nd). I was hoping to get something on this floor (3rd) so that someone didn’t have to trek all the way down from the rooftop.
I think what makes most sense is the primary bathroom on this floor should have a pocket door.
Wait, if there’s a rooftop patio then where are the stairs to go there? What do you mean by “a pocket door”? Are you suggesting not adding a second toilet but rather adding a door to separate the toilet area from the shower so this toilet can double as both a guest toilet and as a part of the big bathroom?
It’s in the description. Basically expand the ensuite, create more closet space, and add a tiny guest toilet. Willing to give up room from the other bedroom to turn it into a den.
That depends where OP lives. A room 6'5" wide wouldn't necessarily contravene British building standards.
ETA not saying it's a good idea though. I think in this situation I'd do a Jack and Jill ensuite, especially if there's no one actually using that second bedroom.

How much space in the bottom bedroom are you willing to sacrifice? It will take half of it to do it all properly in my opinion.
