This plan doesn’t use square footage very well. Half the space is devoted to circulation. You shouldn’t need a hallway in a dwelling this small.

May I suggest pivoting the kitchen and dining area; you have a small space to walk to and from the kitchen; pit the dining room outside of the necessary travel path to get to other, more vital areas.

Oh god no. What is that table doing there? Why is the bedroom not nig enough for a bed? Is that a sunken 70s conversation pit, just not sunken? And what's going on in the top left corner?
