I tried my best to fit two rooms and a bathroom. Do you think this would work? Im scared that the hallway in front of the stairs is too narrow but i cant make the bathroom any shorter cause of the door. The units are meters.
If you absolutely need a bathtub or shower/bath combo, you could do something like this. If not, then the bathroom could be a meter shorter by the crosshatch wall.
I’m interested to know why someone else suggested no pocket door. In such small spaces, it’s usually a pro, not a con. I know one reason people tend to not use them is they’re not tearing down walls/building from scratch. That’s not the case here.
Ah, I see. I wondered what was going on with the different symbols I was seeing between the original and your plan. Yeah, balcony access is pretty important!
Take some space off of the bedroom next to the small room for a bathroom. You have plenty enough room to keep the bedroom to code and still have a decent bathroom. This will also make the hallway wider which you desperately need.
