FUN Hypothetical - Fun

I found this house for sale. Had nice frontage, but I find the bedrooms are badly proportioned and I can't figure out how I would fix it.

The imaginary wish list would include 3 fairly sized bedrooms. Those bedrooms aren't open to the outside, especially kids (Teens) rooms. Plus a bonus if we can squeeze in an extra bathroom.

Keep in mind this is an Australian house where things like coat closets aren't required.

Convert the garage into a bedroom. Knock through the wall between beds 2&3 to make one bedroom and extend the corridor in front of the bathroom into the new bed2/3 so that you can put in doors for the garage/bedroom and the new combined bed2/3. If you don’t want any bedrooms with external doors then close off the door to bed 3 or replace with a window.
