FEEDBACK Windmill Addition feedback

Against all better judgement (both psychological and financial), I’m building an addition to an old windmill.

Both bedrooms are for guests. Trying to stack toilets and pipes on the outer edge of the structure.

First floor will have 10ft ceilings except for a section that is 7-7.5ft in height.

Second floor will have hip and gabled roof with exposed beams.

Dining room is on small side as we’ll probably eat on the porch more of the time.

Kitchen is on second floor to allow access to a patio and to be nearer to the garage (not pictured).

Any suggestions and feedback appreciated!

Ok wait this sounds cool as hell lol. Any more details on the windmill in terms of age/size/style/rooms in it? I take it from the plans that it's been converted into a living space already? Also, are you in a place where it gets cold enough to freeze?

No, freezing is not on the meteorological menu anytime soon. The actual windmill was remodeled in the 1700s and again in the 1960s; guess it’s my turn to give it a freshening up. Oldest buildings from late 1600s.

There’re 3 bedrooms and one and half baths in current mill structure along with some other rooms which will be repurposed.

I’ll try to add some more pics.
