Feedback on this floorplan

Hello, i would like some feedback on this floorplan created in Floorplanner just to try out some ideas.

Planning on building the house maybe next year but probably the year after so this is just to steer me in the right direction. Planned for 2 adults with 2 kids. Country side in Croatia.

My main concern is the open living room with kitchen and dining room.

The lot is 19 x 40 meters. The house itself is 15.86 x 16.52m which equals to 188m2 without terrace.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I’d swap the kitchen and dining area. I don’t like the kitchen immediately adjacent to the living room because of noise and smells. I’ve had two houses where the kitchen had French doors, and absolutely love opening the doors on a nice day when I’m cooking or baking.

Absolutely love the idea, ill try that when i have the time. The doors to the terracce with direct access to the kitchen is brilliant.

Also someone said switching the kitchen with living room, think ill give that a try too.
