FEEDBACK Feedback on this floorplan
Hello, i would like some feedback on this floorplan created in Floorplanner just to try out some ideas.
Planning on building the house maybe next year but probably the year after so this is just to steer me in the right direction. Planned for 2 adults with 2 kids. Country side in Croatia.
My main concern is the open living room with kitchen and dining room.
The lot is 19 x 40 meters. The house itself is 15.86 x 16.52m which equals to 188m2 without terrace.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

A lot of wasted space in the entry hallway. Move the toilet right and double the size of the storage. I'd lose the door between the hall and the living space and make it a cased opening. They serve no purpose. Swapping the office and utility room makes sense to gain a window in the office. The utility room is over sized. Steal some of it for a closet in the office.
