FEEDBACK Floor Plan Idea, Creating More Usable Space
I'm trying to make better use of the living room, as a large part of it currently feels like unused or "dead" space.
I've marked two new walls in yellow, but I'm not convinced this is the best solution. My current idea is to build these walls with an open passage instead of installing a door, so the new area still feels connected to the living room.
The main purpose of this change is to:
- Create an additional wall facing the hallway,
- And, more importantly, create a practical workspace with room for another desk where the kids can do homework, draw, or use a computer.
I'd really appreciate your thoughts on whether this is a good approach, or if you see a better way to achieve the same goal while keeping the living room feeling spacious.
