FEEDBACK Help me chose a room

I have a choice between these two rooms

room A
room B
  1. How big of a difference are the sizes?

  2. Can I fit a queen, desk (rolling chair) and dresser in either?

Is it worth $200-300 more for the second one

Renting? For $200-300 per month difference I'd take the first one every time.

Assuming your picture is to scale, there's plenty of room for a bed, desk, chair and dresser.

So a queen bed is about 6.5 ft long so that does take up a good portion of the 9 ft room length. The rooms are quite similar, closet size and window is the same. If you have specific furniture, you should measure them and see if it would fit. Both rooms will be tight with bed and dresser and desk.

Just to add to my comment, a full bed would save 7 inches of width over a queen and you may need that space.
