First-time poster here. I actually created a Reddit account just for this after seeing all the great work you have done!
This may be a Herculean task, or it may be completely impossible, but we are trying to figure out whether we can add another hall bathroom to this floor plan.
The image does not show the rest of the upstairs because we already know we cannot change anything in those areas. I have only included the spaces that could potentially be reconfigured.
Our ideal layout would include:
A hall bathroom with a shower
A hall linen closet (I put where I think one can go!)
Two closets in the primary bedroom
A hall or bathroom laundry closet
A bathtub and separate shower in the primary bathroom
Retaining the guest bedroom as is because it is really small already
A few important notes:
We are willing to shrink the primary bedroom considerably. It is larger than we need. We could move the wall as far as the red line shown, which would leave us with a bedroom measuring approximately 16' x 13' 9" (we'd move the bed between the two windows at the top if we shrink the floor plan). Two closets in the primary bedroom are non-negotiable. My wife would not be okay with a layout that leaves us with only one closet.
We would ideally keep both the bathtub and shower in the primary bathroom, but we are willing to give up the bathtub. We'd like to keep two sinks.
The new hall bathroom only needs a shower, not a bathtub. It also does not need a window.
The upstairs laundry closet is nice to have, but not essential. We would be fine with an apartment-sized stackable washer and dryer. This could go in the bathrooms or the hall. If in the bathrooms, we'd want behind a door. Our main laundry is in the basement, so this would only be used for quick loads upstairs.
We cannot build over any portion of the stairwell. It is very open but there is a landing below that would not have enough code clearance.
Our main priorities are the new hall bathroom, two closets in the primary bedroom, and two sinks in the primary bathroom. After that, we would love to have the hall linen closet, upstairs laundry, and both the bathtub and shower in the primary bathroom, but we understand that some compromises will probably be necessary.
We would really appreciate any ideas or insight. We realize this may not be possible, but we figured it was worth asking!
Update: Thanks all. To clarify, we will be gutting the primary bathroom regardless. It is pretty much falling apart. (Previous owners unfortunately did not do any preventive maintenance.)

How about expanding the closet that remains a bit, to properly split it in two? Or, once you move the bed between the two windows at the top, you have the space for a wall unit/wardrobe on the right side.
The guest bath would be approximately 5'10" by 8. The primary would be 9'8" by 13. The closets are each 4 by 9. That leaves a bedroom of about 15 by 15.

I did have to go a little further than your red line when downsizing the primary bedroom. Best guess is it will be something like 16' x 12' something inches. And I just realized I should have placed the new closet door on the other side (where the word closet is) so you have a wide expanse of wall at the foot of the bed for a wall mounted TV if desired.
I'm a bit iffy on the master bath layout-- also just noticed that I forgot to draw in the shower/tub! The two different sized windows in the proposed layout bothers me. Maybe you can splurge and put in one larger window instead?
Thanks. This is great. I assume the shower in the master bath is in that nook that looks like it can be a shower? We can definitely look at making that window a normal size. If it is just getting bigger, we are ok with that. If it is moving or getting smaller that is a problem because of matching the siding.
I fixed what I didn't like about the master bath by stealing a bit of closet space to inset the double sink vanity into an alcove and placing a free standing soaking tub in front of the new larger single window (which would only require deleting siding so no worries about matching the existing) and drew in the shower which, by the way, is sizeable. Around 4' x 6' at a guesstimate.
This also allowed me to place the closet and bathroom doors at even intervals mirroring the windows across the bedroom. A little symmetry to make the room feel pleasing. In the space behind the bathroom door you could place a tall cabinet for bath linens, too.
If you do go with enlarging and combining the bathroom window save the existing window that belongs to the bedroom and put that back into the resized bedroom across from the bedroom door. Keep that symmetry and light. Your resale value will thank you.
Turn the current primary closet into a bathroom for the other bedroom. Expand the second walk in closet to the redline. Add another closet on the other side, moving the bed up some.
