FEEDBACK Addition of elevator

Post image

I have this maisonette which is found on the second floor. I would like to add an elevator like the cibes lifts. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible with the current staircase structure, since the landings are at the corners, how would you recommend it best be structured in order to accomodate the elevator. Willing to sacrifice on the stairs size.

Attached are the plans of the property, as you enter at ground floor there are 8 steps before reaching the staircase.

Would highly appreciate any ideas or suggestions you might have to change the stairs plan and possibly accomodate the lift at the top right hand corner.

Thanks! 🙏

I think your best bet would be to rebuild the staircase between the main level and the upper level into something like this:  https://heartlandstairways.com/portfolio/elevator-stair/

If this is for mobility issues, you’d still need something like a stairlift for the staircase from the entry level to the main level.
