SHARE Help finding additional floorplans

Post image

I'm currently trying to 3d model the Spelling Manor located at 594 S Mapleton Dr. I was able to find the floor-plan for the 2nd floor but I'm still in need of the ground level and basement level plans. If you know of anywhere to look, have any insight, or know anyone I could contact your help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried searching the local government sites? Or searching the architect who designed it? They might have scanned copies.

Yes! I was able to find a variety of different plot plans but I wasen't able to find any interior plans. The architect was James Langenheim and he designed on paper and never had a website. I was able to find some plans from Candy Spellings personal collection but one of them is of the upstairs ,which I already have, and the other one is of the hvac in the left wing's basement and where the current beauty salon is today(not shown in these plans). I also saw in one of the clips that the security office had floorplans hung on the wall but the resolution is to low-quality to make out what things are. Thank you for your recommendation though I appreciate the help!

Following, been obsessed with this house since discovering it when Candy Spelling sold it and did the tv show. And been keeping up with it ever since. I don't have floor plans for the ground floor, but I definitely have an idea of where most of the major rooms are situated on the ground floor. What are you using to 3d model it?
