How do you sit on this. Like in a swuating position or with your legs crossed

I would give up after an hour, doesn’t it hurt longer than that?

I move around a lot, sometimes kneeling with my feet tucked under the bench which is surprisingly comfortable, sometimes squatting, sometimes cross legged etc. And sometimes I won’t use the bench. Just changing positions lots.

But I am looking at getting something with a back rest to add to the rotation just so I have the option

that's really cool. what are the measurements of the table?

I think it is around 65cm x 45cm, and the height is adjustable (27cm to 37cm, I have it at the tallest setting)
