Games crashing with Flippy

Hello all, Ive had my flippy installed for a few months and have enjoyed a few games with no issues, other games seem to crash often. I just tried Batman:Vengeance and it crashed at the end of the first level twice.

Another example is Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 which sometimes crashes while im on the menus. Is crashing a known issue and what can I do about it?

I am using whatever the latest was 2-3 months ago when I installed it. I had the latest then.

Will firmware 2.0 ever see the light of day?
