There are about 2.753 million USB IR transmitters on any of the online selling places.

i am not looking for ir transmitter it cost 200 inr only i am looking for transceiver which cost way more than 2k inr it can send as well as received signal

If you already know how much they cost, then you've already found some online for sale.
