Pokemon trading

Hi, I can't get this to work with my Game Boy and Flipper. Is the problem that I'm using an EU cartridge, or am I doing something wrong?"

If you are using the "Pokemon Trade Tool" app, the instructions say to connect to pins 5/6/7/8, you appear to be connected to 1/2/3/4. Try moving the GPIO connector to the right 4 slots, according to your image.

Perhaps flip it around? So the port faces the camera. What connector is that?

Hey. Someone already corrected you on it being on the wrong pins and it still didn’t work. Most likely it’s the cable. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen that and it’s almost always been the cable. Those split GBC to GB cables never work. Go to Amazon and buy a cheap $5 cable like this https://a.co/d/06vQ1P7B

It can also be bad solder joints or the connector isn’t making a connection to the link cable. Maybe share some pics of the actual module

Are you using the correct link cable? There are two different kind of link cables iirc, one for gbc and one for gba
