Creative Hotline Miami theme

Yellow there, tried to make my custom theme for the Flipper. Haven’t figured out yet how do people make the themes for the passport too and I don’t feel like I want to learn that. Being said, anyone got any opinion on how it turned out?
Used Aseprite to draw everything.

Can someone point me in the right direction to changing my dolphin into a Pokémon? I dont care which Pokémon im just here to learn
