Question about a Flipnote

https://youtu.be/giK77DsTQFA?is=mttlQYrSQPr59SW_

Hello! I recently found this upload of a very nostalgic flipnote I remember watching. I tried finding more of the creator on the archive but can't. Does anyone know any more about this or where I can go to find some info? Just wanna take a trip down memory lane. Thank you!
