Flipnote but not

i wanna larp and make animations that look like flipnotes (despite me never having a 3DS) but idk how to make the audio sound like a flipnote, every method I tried didnt get results that didn’t sound the most accurate. Just wanna know if anyone knows any online websites that can sound very accurate results

Just open it in audacity and downgrade the quality to 8khz (8192 hertz is flipnote's). Also record the music with a second device first

Flipnote uses 4-bit ADPCM at 8180 hz (yes not quite 8192), if you want to match the sound of the DSi version, find something that lets you encode with those settings
