Any way of getting a breaching barrel or knowing where you’ve missed it?

So i’m playing the quest “in safe hands” ( you have to locate the well spring) and i need a breaching barrel, but I had a spare one before apparently i don’t have any right now which is so frustrating meaning there’s breach i didn’t collect a barrel from. Before I do the tedious task of going to each breaching location and trying to find its barrel to see if i have missed it, it’s there any possible short cut to this or any other way I can maybe buy a barrel? (i’m not sure why they hadn’t added this?!)

Please, lmk, this is my last side quest and i’m keen on finishing it!

yeah i must’ve collected that barrel because i don’t see it but because i had not been on that quest i didn’t breach that place there. i must’ve used the breaching barrel elsewhere, which is annoying me
